S3 E24 - The Phluxy Episode
from Listen Local
Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great week, and also hope you had a chance to get out to Bean Hole Days in Pequot Lakes a couple days ago. It was definitely another successful year out there! If you missed it, the Listen Local guys dive into everything Bean Hole Days with PL Mayor - and owner of Pequot Lakes and Gull Lake Sanitation, AND of course our sponsor - Tyler Gardner. While Tyler calls into the show, they also discuss some of the most recent updates to the city (including one about the new road in town AND THE SPLASH PAD). Then... the crew introduces Phluxy to the BLA. Phluxy is one of the top drone pilots in the whole world, and has been a part of the Drone Racing League since 2019. He also heads up the FPV drone division (yes, the cool fly through videos) at BlazeAir. He speaks about all of that, and why he hopes to live in the Brainerd Lakes Area one day. Last but not least, the LL crew talks about all of the events this weekend, including our friend and "OG Traders Brewista" Suzy Desjarlais who will be performing at MN Traders Co. on Saturday from 5-7pm. Thanks again to all of our listeners, and of course of sponsor Pequot Lakes Sanitation!
