S3: E34 Asking Your Husband for Help

She gives four things to remember before, during, and after asking him for help. Those tips include: 1) identify what help you need and plan how you will discuss it - utilize his strengths rather than his weaknesses; 2) talk it over with your husband in a gentle way and discuss when and how those tasks will be completed; 3) let go of perfectionism and let him clean; and 4) reward him to show your appreciation for his hard work.
