Her business Volante PT & Performance specializes in the rehabilitation & coaching of runners with a particular emphasis on bone stress injuries, hip labral tears, and eating disorders. Steph struggled with an eating disorder in high school and college resulting in recurrent bone stress injuries throughout her running career. She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.
