She currently serves as a behavior analyst in a New Jersey school district, where she delivers consultation services, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and partners with district leadership to support and strengthen tiered systems of behavioral support. Kelleen also provides parent coaching and guidance to families within her local community. Her professional background includes leadership roles in both educational and behavioral healthcare organizations, where she has provided training, supervision, and mentorship to aspiring BCBAs, RBTs, and paraeducators. Earlier in her career, Kelleen worked at Drexel University’s A.J. Drexel Autism Institute, contributing to multiple federally funded research initiatives focused on early intervention, treatment matching, and social communication outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Committed to advancing high-quality care and professional development in the field, Kelleen has presented at professional conferences and contributed to peer-reviewed research on behavioral and developmental interventions.
