In this episode, Meg mum of two and founder of a keyword sign/Auslan training program for families shares the story of her two very different births. For her first, Cecilia, Meg wanted a home birth, but she and her husband ultimately decided together on a hospital birth during the height of COVID lockdowns, culminating in an intense, fast-moving labour with a midwife she didn't click with and a birth that came right down to the wire. Her second, Remy, was the home birth she'd always wanted a fast, water birth she describes as completely "easeful."
