Things get even worse for Ron on the marriage front, and he needs Gary more than ever before. Self-centred Gary would rather accuse Ron of being a jealous friend, as it seems some forged banknotes back in the 40’s, have Gary at the centre of a counterfeit money scam. Gary accuses Ron of printing shoddy fakes, just because Gary has two successful relationships, and Ron has none. Gary figures out the truth though, and it seems as if there is a spy amongst the punters of the Royal Oak, and it’s down to Gary and Reg to find out who it is Also on this episode - We take an in-depth look at series three, episode three, We Ponder with Peggy, as she gives us a question from the 40’s, and the 90’s, and then a link that connects them together. We are lucky to have a time slip story which involves a little adventure in Blackpool which turns out to be more than what our story teller was expecting.
