While at first angry with her new lodger, Yvonne warms to having Ron around after finding out what Stella is getting up to behind Ron’s back. Gary has major worries about Ron and Yvonne’s friendship, as Ron starts threatening to reveal all of Gary’s secrets to Yvonne. Back in 1942, Phoebe’s cousins, Peter and Sally, come back to London amidst some rather wintery weather. Also on this episode - We have a spooky time slip story, after some guests stay at the Grand Hotel in Brighton. A perfect ghostly tale for Christmas. We go back to the 40’s to see what Christmas Day would’ve been like during World War 2. We look at the career of Michelle Holmes, and how it kicked off in a rather unexpected way.
