Send us Fan MailLauren is a disabled wife & mom living with chronic pain, depression, and paralyzing anxiety and PTSD due to multiple forms of assault and abuse. In 2017 Lauren had to stop working due to debilitating spinal pain. For the next two years, She was in a deep depression. But one day, after looking at her then 5 year old daughter, she started to come out of the darkness. Using a mix of intentional daily gratitude, and realizing God could take my broken life and make something beautiful out of it, she started to heal the mental scars, although the physical pain remains, for now. Last year, Lauren started a podcast & blog as ways for her to put good into the world & encourage others with chronic pain, mental health issues, or previous trauma.
