He oversees acquisition, retention, and monetization for our software segment at Thryv. In addition, he leads recruiting, revenue enablement, and learning teams.With 20+ years of sales, service & leadership experience, Grant oversees every aspect of client success, from the acquisition of new clients through the rapidly growing inbound, partner & enterprise sales channels to enhance the customer experience across every interaction, increasing engagement & retention.Grant is also responsible for developing the breadth and depth of the team by leading the recruitment and training teams. His primary focus is ensuring that Thryv operates as a customer-centric company. Grant is also a Contributor and Member of the Atlanta Business Journal.Prior to joining Thryv, Grant served as director of digital media for hibu (formerly Yellowbook). While there, he led a team of senior digital specialists and was instrumental in helping the company reach its digital revenue targets.
