S3 Ep65: Jessie Blum - Founder and CEO of Heartcore Pilates on taking back control of our wellbeing by way of movement and taking risks to move closer to our life passion

Jessie started her career as a designer but discovered fitness whilst living in L.A.; and it was there that she learnt from the best, developed the Heartcore Method and was inspired to take the courageous step to bring boutique fitness to London.  She’s had an incredible journey so far, opening unique studios all over town, developing and manufacturing their Coreformer (which Vanity Fair called “the Rolls Royce of PilatesReformers”) and creating a really powerful community of beating hearts, so many of which she is proud to call friends.Follow Heartcore: https://www.instagram.com/heartcorelife/ Heartcore workout: https://world.weareheartcore.com/classes Follow The Big Move on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/thebigmovepodcast/ Follow Host Em here: https://www.instagram.com/emroberts.m/
