S3 Ep7: Hurricane Helene Update
from Green Witch Cottage Podcast Hosted by Green Witch Cottage Podcast
This is an Update on Sabrina and I. If you’ve listened to us for a while you know we live in the Appalachia. Our area and surrounding areas in the western North Carolina region were recently absolutely devastated by Hurricane Helene. Thankfully Sabrina and I are safe. We miss you all so much and can’t wait to return but for now we must focus on our safety and our community. The devastation brought to the WNC area is truly indescribable, the loss we’re all feeling over and over again as the list of over 300 missing people gets shorter and shorter and the loss gets larger and larger. If you would like to donate to Sabrina who is in NC still and attempting to bring in as much aid and supplies as possible you can do that on Venmo @ninabobina And if you’d like to donate to Reina who is currently displaced with their cats and partner in Florida for mutual aid you can do that on Venmo (or any other app) @meanbeantattoo. Here are some pages to follow that are reliable and trusted by us here on the ground still in AVL.
