The list of medication that Tiffany had been prescribed through childhood is extensive. Initially diagnosed with ADHD, Tiffany would find that it was her Anxiety and Depression that would prove to be the biggest battle. During her pregnancy with her daughter, Tiffany began having unwanted, scary, and severe, intrusive thoughts, which would begin a spiral into massive depression, loneliness, and a nightmare that she would struggle to wake up from. She was simply too scared to speak out for fear of losing her child, or being locked up! Join us on this amazing journey as Tiffany finds help, begins her recovery, and sets out a plan to help other women get the help they need and feel comfortable seeking help.
