S3 EP89: Bec Kinderman - Homebirths/Freebirths/Wild pregnancy/Posterior babies

from Positive Birth Australia

On today’s episode we hear the four powerful birth stories of Gold Coast mother and entrepreneur, Bec. Bec’s first three children were born in America after a relocation for her husband’s work. Being a first-time mother in a new country, she leaned into her intuition when deciding where to birth her baby; connecting with a local homebirth midwife who would become her friend and safety net. Her initiation into motherhood required endurance and strength, teaching her the valuable lesson of deep surrender; a lesson she utilised in all her future births by unraveling any remaining subconscious control and embodying all that is physiological birth. After having her first two babies, it was a natural progression for Bec to sink even deeper into her innate knowing and trust in birth, choosing to grow and birth her next two babies completely in her power. Bec shares the unexpected fears that arose when she moved back to Australia to birth her fourth baby, and what seemingly innocent moments interrupted the hormonal flow of labour.
