In this episode we dive into some real mental health talk with Dr. Jena Casas. Jena is a licensed clinical police and public safety psychologist who practices in the great state of Nevada. She specializes in providing services to first responders and their families. She has published many articles, presented at many seminars and conferences, and treated numerous individuals within the law enforcement community. Her mission is to provide first responders with the tools they need in order to be successful in the arena of mental health and wellbeing. Jena is a wealth of knowledge and I truly enjoyed hearing her perspective and outlook on what can only be described as a epidemic currently facing the law enforcement community.
