Our Season 3 FINALE is upon us, and what a season it has been. Peppered with guests from right across the world of running with plenty laughs along the way. In our final episode of the season we’ve chosen to look back at some of the highlights, a review, a recap, a journey through the last 19 podcast editions. Of course we do that in our own wee style and that includes welcoming back to YHRF a former guest (let’s call him an extended part of the team).
