And so do thousands of people who ride with him and take his classes around the planet every day. He is going to investigate the power of digital tools to change behavior. And to really get down to core principles we were lucky enough to have Dr Vonda Wright, Chief of Northside Hospital Orthopaedic Institute for Sports Medicin ein Atlanta, as his moderator. She has authored two books, appeared as medical expert across the networks and is a strong advocate for womens health and wellness in general. Let’s join Matt as he takes the microphone on the DOCSF Stage.
