S3E20 - We Killed Yamamoto
from The Worst Wing Hosted by Stu & Dave
What's that, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs? It's hard to discern wartime from peacetime? Wow, couldn't imagine why! Anyway today's episode is the second to last of season 3, wherein the administration prepares itself to get in the brainspace to violate international law and diplomatic immunity in order to Kill Bad Man. We also get a lot of relationship dynamic drama which, frankly, GOOD because CJ/Simon and Josh/Amy are way more interesting than an entire political apparatus psyching itself up to murder a guy. Music today is a tribute to North Dakota, a technically just-as-bad-as-every-other state: Wiz Khalifa was born in Minot, Amanda Warner of MNDR is from Fargo, and Corin Tucker of Sleater-Kinney lived in Grand Forks prior to bailing out to the West Coast.
