S3E21 - Posse Comitatus

Well it's been a long road to get here: we can finally just merk a diplomat because we feel like it. Great job Bartlet Administration, definitely progressive and humanitarian of you! A lot of justification flying around and enshrining respect for The Process rather than any actual legal legitimacy, this episode concludes with a pretty decent montage of three characters at their respective personal/professional nadir. This is tinged slightly in hindsight by a sappy musical overlay but hey, it works. RIP Simon Donovan, too much of a cop to wear body armor. Solidarity with the protests around the country, we're gonna win this time, maybe. Music by Rage Against The Machine, PUP, and Public Enemy. Keep it up.
