He and Brian are both involved in the Great Lakes Chapter of the Insight Association and are both members of the Diversity and Education Committee. They discuss how Damon got started with the Insights Association and his roles he has held over the last 18 years with the organization. The conversation then turns towards the Diversity and Education Committee, and the importance of diversity within market research, and how that topic shined at the recent GLC Winter Meeting. Damon also talks about the diversity initiatives that are going on at Burke.
