Kerry Howard is a corporate mental health advisor and a former practicing psychologist specialising in trauma prevention and treatment. Kerry’s interest in trauma treatment was fuelled by her own experience with PTSD when she was hit by a bus. After the incident Kerry spent a year in therapy and credits the accident to saving her life, as it created a paradigm shift which helped her resolve issues and move forward in a positive way. In 2021, Kerry won the Excellence in Science and Technology Award for her pioneering work in the delivery of online trauma therapy. In 2022, she won bronze in the Stevie Awards Maverick of the Year for her unique approach to mental health.
