S3E8: Advent Meditation III
from The Sacristy
Welcome back to the Sacristy! It’s our third Advent Mediation for the year! Having barely recovered from the great deviled egg controversy from last week, we discuss their favorite Advent traditions in their parish ministries. After the calendar for the week, we reflect on the ministry of St. John the Baptist who announced the coming of the Christ, Jesus. As always we close with our sermon first pass with the following texts: III Advent Isaiah 61:1-4, 8-11 1 Thessalonians 5:16-24 John 1:6-8,19-28 Psalm 126 or Canticle 15 (or 3) We hope you've been encouraged and edified by our work!
