Whitehaven. Once a Civil War-era American plantation mansion that had fallen into disrepair when the interstate threatened to wipe the the historical structure from the face of Paducah, Kentucky. However, it was the interstate itself that saved the historical structure - prompting the city to use its unique location and stunning looks as a Commonwealth rest stop and restored historical landmark. However, this place is no ordinary rest stop, some say. Some say it is one of the most haunted places in all of Kentucky. For the first time, host Billie Dean Shoemate III along with friend Donald Haynes, travels to the location itself to complete the investigation. In this on-site Strange Places episode, a different kind of investigation ensues.
