Despite numerous doctors telling her that her illness would have nothing to do with her Breast Implants, and multiple bloods and check ups, it wasn't until a chance dinner meeting with a friend of a friend, where she would find out just how real 'Breast Implant Illness' was. She was told first hand by someone who had nearly died, and the reality suddenly kicked in! She booked an appointment with someone she trusted, someone who understood the condition was real (as many doctors dismissed this) and had them removed after a number of years.
