Alan Wiederhold has been designing healthcare plans for businesses for 30 years, but his passion has become mental wellness. A 12-year Navy veteran and certified psychedelic facilitator, he helps others overcome trauma (including his own). Author, speaker, and host of "The Cost of Doing Nothing" podcast, Alan tackles imposter syndrome and inspires action. He enjoys Ultra running, flying planes, lives in Maryland with his family and just finished writing a book based on his own psychedelic experiences called, Walking In The Garden: Discovering God Through Psychedelics.
