S4, E3 - Bilged On Her Anchor
from Dawson’s Weak(ly)
An in depth and irreverent look at 90's TV classic Dawson's Creek hosted by Kathryn and Katie. This week, we’re getting all Shakespearean on it with some (slightly inaccurate) references to The Two Gentlemen of Verona. But wait everyone! There’s also a storm a brewing (nothing to with The Bard) and we are getting the MOST DRAMATIC EPISODE EVER. We’re chatting what Mitch and Gail are actually ill with, attitudes and messaging around mental health, how it’s ‘couldn’t care less’ not ‘could care less’ and Katie is now a yacht/weather/everything expert. Also, we spend far too much time chatting about who alive or dead we want to have dinner with (and Jesus is catering this party). Oh and we’re singing again but also doing cockney accents (which we’re terrible at despite being British). So, let’s piss about at a yacht club where everyone is quite awful, not understand or accept weather systems then take to the high seas during some of the out takes from A Perfect Storm and be a HERO, everyone.
