These are things that our guest, Grace Onuegbu, went through in her life. She hid herself so others won't see the real her, when really others would have loved the real, authentic her.  Grace isn't the only working mom who has felt this way. And, in today's episode of The Latika Vines Show, she shares how she had to uncover or unmask herself to be able to come out of hiding and be her authentic self. She is a board-certified Mental health nurse practitioner, a transformational coach, speaker, and published author. She created multiple signature courses in her program called Woman Arise Academy to help women maximize their professional and personal growth. She also mentors women for spiritual and personal growth in her Facebook Community Woman Arise Tribe. With over eight years of experience working in mental health, three years of coaching and mentoring women, plus managing her own experiences with work-life balance, Grace is not only an expert in what she teaches, she also brings a personal aspect to it as well.
