Too many times, we take positions that afford us the work and life balance we need in the moment. And, due to the varied skill set, it may be hard to qualify yourself for positions. Guess what? It isn't up to us to qualify ourselves for positions. We have taken non-traditional career path exits and highways, and they have provided us with a broadened network, enhanced skills, and accomplishments that we would have never received. And, those skills have positioned us to be innovative, exceptional, and the list goes on.  In today's episode of The Latika Vines Show, Latika shares a few quick tips on how you can be confident in the skillset you have gained over your non-traditional career. You are able to be more confident in your skillset by:  Understanding that you have gained skills and experiences that you wouldn't have gained  Write your accomplishments in a Career Accomplishment Journal to keep a track record of your success Presenting yourself as an innovative and thinker outside of the box When you are more confident in your skillset, you can tell an exceptional brand story that will propel you to the next position or level in your career path.
