S4 E5 - Amelia, powerlifting, pub quizzes and Sam's Student Talking Club

This time, I'm joined by Amelia from Sam's Student Talking Club who talks about her passions for powerlifting, quizzes, photography and collecting antique bibles. Sam's is a peer support groups that runs every other Thursday and is open to all students at the University of York. Amelia talks about how her mental health journey inspired her to study Psychology and how spending time in York's many green spaces regulates her wellbeing. Towards the end of the recording, I also know that I mistakenly say the phrase "every book is a bookshop" rather than "every shop is a bookshop" when referring to Hay-on-Wye, but I left it in anyway.
