Lucy Livesey is a Mental Health Nurse & Mindfulness teacher who uses her own grief experience to help others. She spends her time working as a nurse while also offering wellbeing interventions to the baby loss community through the Ellie’s Gift Project – a project set up in memory of her little girl. Lucy teaches from a place of real authenticity and her vast knowledge within her field helps her to work with people so they can move towards a place of ease. Loss isn’t easy as we know but Lucy works to help people see that amongst all of our suffering there can still be joy.
