As working mothers, we are not new to overwhelm and stress. We experience a level of stress daily, which causes us to be overwhelmed and physically and emotionally tired. Would you agree? Especially during a pandemic there is a lack of time and mental capacity to work from home, assist our children with virtual learning and/or homeschooling, manage our homes, nurture our relationships, and the list goes on. We can come out of this pandemic more organized and intentional with reduced stress.  In this episode of The Latika Vines Show, Latika shares her system in getting through stress and overwhelm. Latika is a working mom of 4 young girls, where she is assisting 2 of her children with virtual learning and homeschooling the 2 youngest, while working from home, nurturing her relationship with her husband, and a host of other responsibilities. In order for her to complete all that she has on her place, without feeling overwhelmed or with high stress, she shares the 4 things she does to get through.
