It's easy for us to get lost in the daily routine of being wife, mother, career driven woman, and everything else, but when we continue to neglect ourselves, bitterness, depression, resentment, and a host of other negative emotions creep into our mind. And, we aren't able to give the energy we desire to give to our family, because of our unhappiness.  In this episode of The Latika Vines Show, Latika shares three (3) ways you can create your own happy, immediately, by shifting your main priority to yourself. It doesn't mean that you are being selfish, what it does mean is that you love yourself so much that you need to fill yourself back up, before you can pour into others (e.g. family, work, community, etc...). Just when you have been given directions from the captain of a falling plane to give yourself oxygen before you give it to your children, the same rule applies to your everyday life. You must give yourself the energy and oxygen to be able to thrive, so that you can navigate how to thrive with your family and on your job.  To create your happy, you must:  Establish and dedicate a morning routine where you can spend time with yourself  Commit to move your body  Create a space that you can retreat to  Please remember, your happy is going to be what fits your personality and space, but it's essential for you to establish it so you don't forget about yourself.
