S4, E6 - White Privilege Rave

An in depth and irreverent look at 90's TV classic Dawson's Creek hosted by Kathryn and Katie. This week, we’re at a rave! Except it’s the Capeside version of a rave so it’s sanitized and very possibly has the Chemical Brothers playing at it. Dawson is being deeply sanguine, Pacey and Joey are being boring, Gretchen is being insufferably smug and Andie is off her face. Also, Katie still fancies Drue even though he has blue streaks in his hair. We’re chatting Gretchen’s ‘super cool’ love of Morcheeba, Pacey saying the most disturbing thing ever, the fan fiction we need in our lives and Katie’s research on the interaction between ecstasy and anti depressants (thrilling). So, grab your massive purple horse tranquilizer ’ex’ pills and your glow sticks and let’s go to a rave where there is a car park, paramedics and the same Chemical Brothers song playing for hours. See you on the bouncy castle! If you're enjoying this podcast, please like, subscribe, follow, rate, review or whatever other variety of verbs your podcast platform might use.
