In this week’s episode, I chat with Niall Ó Murchú, a breathwork teacher, author and a certified level 3 Wim Hoff instructor. Niall is well known for breathwork and ice baths and is here to share with us today all elements of his work.  Niall shares with us his own difficult relationship with the breath both at birth and with a personal history of asthma. He opens up our understanding of why it is important to have awareness of our breathing and the improvements we can experience by taking the time out to slow down. We also explore ways that resistance to breathing can signify a subconscious resistance to change.
