Are persons with disabilities less important than seniors? Our federal and provincial governments seem to think so. Seniors have access to a cheap annual $45 bus pass here in BC, other PWDs do not. Old age seniors also have easier access to rental assistance programs and rent subsidies to help combat the rising cost of living.
