S4 EP 30: Is Patience a 'Lost' Art?

from RAW CHATTER! Unfiltered Conversations on the Psychology of Addiction, Behaviour & High Performance · host Vicky Midwood - Human Performance Strategist

In this short solo episode I talk about why we need to practice being patient with our body when it comes to healing from injuries and when it comes to making long term lifestyle changes. I pose the question: Is patience a 'Lost' Art? I'd love to know your thoughts. For myself I know my lack of patience with my body in the past has definitely been detrimental to my physical and mental health and I now realise that patience is a SKILL that needs to be practised. Leave your comments below. I'd love you to share your throughts and experience with being more or less patient with your body and brain as you get older.
