He shares the story of losing his job in the building industry at age 48 how he dealt with the news and the emotions he felt having to claim job seekers allowance! Tony joined an exeuctive job club and that helped him start on the path to carving out a brand new career. Positivity, drive and the desire to help others as well as himself is what kept him going when the first job he got didn't last.
