Liam has serious ability in running, but equally, has faced serious injury issues since he began back at the end of high school. His PB in the 5k is a low 14 and 10k, a low 31, but it hasn't come easy battling with shin splints for well over a decade. Liam talks about his school running, intraining connections, Distance Culture and his future running in this episode.
