Based in Palo Alto, California – the heart of Silicon Valley – Bearing describes itself as a team of engineers and product people, with deep expertise in building scalable AI-enable products, and a passion to help the shipping industry become greener and more efficient.’Bearing is backed by Mitsui & Co. and the AI Fund, a venture capital firm led by AI pioneer Andrew Ng. In conversation with ship.energy contributing editor Mark Williams, Keil runs through the evolution of Bearing.
