Tara has a lengthy background of childhood trauma, with both her parents being alcoholics. That childhood experience turned into drug and alcohol addiction because she was running away from who she was and how she felt. She battled a severe opioid addiction, nearly dying from serious over use of oxycontin! Tara is now sober, and she has been working through her addictions and more importantly her self esteem and self understanding! Tara is a Spiritual Hypnotherapist and is sharing her story and how people can work through their own traumas, with some really great tools or tips.
