Send us Fan MailGina Fox is a childhood and adult trauma survivor. She was abused from age 5 to 16 by her own father, and its tough to listen to. She was then abused again by her ex-husband for 5 years. She had very bad coping skills as a result of these horrible experiences, and a mountain to climb! As her life continued into her thirties she realised she was running away from an extreme amount of ptsd! It was a cross roads, in her late thirties, that made her stop, and decide to change the narrative!Join us as Gina tells us how she turned her life around, and now uses he traumatic experiences to help others. Gina is a certified trauma coach, as well as certificates in neuroscience and mental health. She is a huge advocate for mental health. Her story is powerful.
