As her life continued into her thirties she realised she was running away from an extreme amount of ptsd! It was a cross roads, in her late thirties, that made her stop, and decide to change the narrative!Join us as Gina tells us how she turned her life around, and now uses he traumatic experiences to help others. Gina is a certified trauma coach, as well as certificates in neuroscience and mental health. She is a huge advocate for mental health. Her story is powerful.
