Self love is something I lack but I am working out and growing that muscle.Talking about an area in your life you are weak in, was not that bad… it helped me realize how important it is to keep moving even when you don’t know what’s next much less what going to happen in the future. It’s important to feel your feelings but don’t allow them to keep you immobilized. NO! Feel, process, and move… because God will honor your bravery and fact you didn’t want to but did.Self love is honestly something I have learned many lack, they don’t think they do because they hide behind something or someone but truth is… who are you? Once that person(s) or things are removed? Would you still function or would the world feel like it’s over. These questions, are to get us to think and grow. To motivate and accept strengths and weaknesses. I promise you I have not always been this way, I have been healing the past few years and man….
