Send us Fan MailJeanette Yates cared for her sick mother from the age of 8 years old (she is now 49), and she has been caring for her Mom most of my life, and that really f*cked her up! She struggled with perfectionism, overcoming childhood abuse by a family member, an eating disorder, codependency, and anxiety. Her journey through all of this is amazing, and one of hope and inspiration! She now helps family caregivers in codependent situations break free from guilt and live full lives outside of caregiving.
