Our topic today is neurodivergence and the very human expeirnec of anger in the postpartum. We talk about what anger might be trying to tell us during the postnatal time, about the pressures from society telling us how to parent, and what Caroline refers to as the 3 r’s in anger management; regulate, reconnect and repair.
