Lorri Ballard is a licensed clinical mental health counselor, she holds a Masters of Art in Counseling from Southwestern College, a Masters of Science in Adolescent Education from State University of New York at Oswego, and a Bachelors of Art in Anthropology from Western Washington University. Her clinical experience includes helping individuals with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and relationship conflicts. Lorri’s theoretical orientation is an integration of trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy modalities including EMDR; Internal Family Systems (IFS); and depth psychology, primarily from a Jungian perspective. Lorri has experience working with a wide variety of mental health issues both chronic and acute and she carries a sensitivity and empathic understanding of her client’s unique struggles and strengths. Lorri’s hope is that through continued collaboration between therapist and client - healing, resiliency, and a compassionate and curious relationship with our Selves can be built.
