S4 Episode 15 - Let’s Get Clear on Plant-Based Healing with Karen Gourley

Karen Gourley is a 6/2 Projector whooo grew up in Knoxville, TN. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Karen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Interior Design. She spent a decade in the Atlanta corporate interiors world before her direction in life completely changed course. Chronic health issues began to manifest in her body leading to years of doctors and specialists with no answers or relief. Karen finally decided to stop seeking help from a profession that only had another round of antibiotics to offer as a solution and followed her instincts instead. Her inner guidance led her to a plant-based diet. Once she transitioned to eating fully plant-based, all of her miserable chronic issues cleared up completely! After her own transformation, Karen decided to start helping others who are struggling and lost about plant-based eating and healing.
