S4 Episode 5 -Unschooling at The Genius School with Karema Akilah

An original 'Philly Jawn,' Karema Akilah has played many roles on the stage of life. Her past titles include Morgan State University HBCU grad, public school teacher, wife, mother of TheHalfDozen, unschooling mom and widow.  Karema's current leading role is visionary founder of The Genius School. A 5 Pillar Genius community and the Genii DAO. The Genius School is a decentralized network of micro self-directed learning communities in the Metaverse and internationally in real life.  Genii DAO is a decolonizing parenting, deschooling and unschooling community of adults and kids using web 3 tools and a shared crypto treasury to accomplish whatever goal they create!  A creative problem solver and visionary, Karema is a curious entrepreneur, who analytically interprets content to facilitate and lead others bravely into fresh experiences.
