S422 - Joel 3:1-16
from The Next Step Podcast Hosted by St Paul's Anglican Carlingford
In this episode Jack and Raj work through your questions on Joel 3:1-16. We're getting into issues such as: - Swords, battle, harvest, grapes... why does poetry chop and change its imagery so often? How do we keep up? - Why does the Bible talk about mountains and valleys so much? Where is the "Valley of Jehoshaphat"? - Why does God use nations to punish his people, and then judge those same nations for doing what he wanted? Where is the justice? - Can we finally get close to understanding this idea of the "day of the Lord"? Plus join us in praying about what's going on in Afghanistan at the moment.
