There are degrees and certificates for a number of other insignificant things in life, but something so important as Marriage, there's nothing to make sure couples can be well prepared to meet the daily challenges of marriage, instead of falling into it blindly, as many do. The divorce rate has been increasing in the last decade even though there are less marriages compared to past decades, so why not make it mandatory for people to acquire a degree if they want to get married.
