S4E1 - aa & tyr
from I Hate Music with John Dietz Hosted by john dietz
Kicking off Season 4 of I Hate Music strong by interviewing my friend Morgan for the fourth time - this time about her project aa & tyr! Earlier this year, she released 'Echo Sun All Bliss,' a maximalist, sprawling psychedelic/glitch pop/post rock/who knows what else project telling the stories of two futuristic archivists searching for identity in a world dominated by information (I'm not doing the narrative justice, go listen to the album). Tune in to hear us talk about “chain-smoking albums,” the significance of the last word in Beowulf, and why she retired the space cadet moniker. Echo Sun All Bliss is out now on all streaming services and available for purchase on Bandcamp.
