S4E11 "Like A Polaroid Picture"

Alright bois and girls, buckos and buckettes, welcome to Frothland. I hope you are safe and sound, my guy, that the bad in your life is at the level where it just brings out all the good even more. First of all, let me just say that I am o.k, we all are, we are all very lucky. A little more than a week ago just after celebrating my mom on her birthday, my stepdad, my daughter and myself was in a traffic accident. A Highway collision. We were all pretty much fine, I have a concussion and I am still recovering. All in all it was more of a good thing really, the scariest part to me I guess is feeling like I have even less of a functioning brain at the moment. Like I am in a constant state of remembering that I forgot something then forgetting all about it all over again until I remember that I guess. I am grateful knowing this is not a permanent thing, that I am getting better. It is frustrating knowing there is so much not being done, I do my best to appreciate the things I manage to do. I guess if anything that is what this episode is all about and why I share it with you, my guy. We are all caught in moments of time where we are left powerless to various forces of nature, but they are also just that, moments. Those moments seem all powerful, but we tend to outlast them, my guy. I guess this accident did make me more aware of my blessings in life, the concussion is a reminder of what I cant do right now but also a strong motivating factor to get more done when I eventually can.
